Fit Tips

Smart Warm up!

Begin preparing your body for physical activity with a 10 min cardio warm-up. Start easy, and gradually increase your pace. Perform dynamic range of motion exercises to simulate the movements in your sport. Move through various sports skills starting at 1/4 speed, working up to 1/2 speed and then full speed. Both your body and mind will be ready to rock!
